The straps, also made of the coordinating fabric, turn under through buttonholes in front yoke and are fastened with two snaps on each side. Straps can be moved down a snap as the child needs extra length. Romper may also be fastened with buttons.

Callie  is an A-lined sundress or jumper that is unlined. Facings of a coordinating fabric turn to the right side of the dress at top of front and back yokes and skirt bottom. They are topstitched to garment and trimmed with rickrack or corded piping. The straps, also made of the coordinating fabric, turn under through buttonholes in front yoke and are fastened with two snaps on each side. Straps can be moved down a snap as the child needs extra dress length. Sundress may also be fastened with buttons.

250. Stephanie                                                    $12.00

Stephanie is a little girl's garment with a center front and center back section for smocking. The top edges of the smocked sections are turned under and then pleated for smocking. This smocked section is held to the correct size with a stay. The sides of the garment that are sewn to the smocked sections are finished with a facing. The pants are unlined and to the ankle. The jumper or sundress is lined at the sides and has a shirt tail hem at the bottom of smocked sections. The curved shoulder straps button in the back and are finished with ruffles. Stephanie can be made as a summer frock or worn with a blouse or turtleneck for winter. Winter weight fabrics should be soft enough to run through a pleater or hand-pleated.
